Shudarson Subedi Visits London

Shudarson Subedi met Rozangela Rosangela Berman Bieler of Inter-American Institute on Disability & Inclusive Development as part of his programme of meetings and visits with DDP in London   We met DHRC in Nepal more than 4 years ago and so were very pleased to welcome Shudarson (President of the Nepal Disabled Human Rights Centre (DHRC-Nepal) to London in June.

In 2005 we successfully nominated Shudarson for an Ashoka Fellowship in support of his human rights work in Nepal, for which he has now been highly commended by the 2008 International Service Human Rights Awards.
